All members are required to wear Krewe Sash

RSVP on the krewe website by no later than Fri. 3/15, 5pm

Bead Loading: Friday 3/20, 4pm

Beer Before Beads:  Friday 3/20, 2:00 pm, Bourbon on Main 6307 Grand Blvd New Port Richey

Bead Purchases:  Bead can be purchased through the website .  You must order and pay for the beads before you RSVP. All bead orders need to be in by March 15th, 2026 any order after will not be at the floats on Friday. 

On your RSVP please state how many bags of beads (max 2 per person) you want loaded and on which float.  

Parking and Pick Up:  Wing House, 56515 US Highway 19, New Port Richey, FL 34652. 

Buses will be available for pick up from the Winghouse and drop off as closest to staging location as we can get for $10.00pp. The Bus pick up will start @10:30 AM with a plan for staging to begin @11:00AM

Be advised the first bus (10:30 AM) will take the council, ships captains/first mates, bartenders and security to the float first in an effort to ensure its ready for when the first round of krewe members and guests are dropped off.

Participants must walk back to Wing House from end of parade across US 19.  No one can ride floats.  There is no ride back.

Staging: Float should be at staging by 11:00 a.m.

Beads Must be ordered by 3/15/26

Float clean-up: Sunday, March 22, 10:00 a.m. Float storage lot. Mass Storage 7420 Massachusetts Ave, New Port Richey
