8:30AM (yawn) – Board the float at Shorewalk to set sail to staging. Our sustenance wench Vickie will have us covered with breakfast snacks and beverages.
1:30(ish)PM – Board the float and sail back to Shore Walk to get ready for the fireworks at Marina Jack's.
Parade starts a 10AM on the Southern tip of Anna Maria Island at Coquinq Beach and ends at the Northern Tip of the Island at Bay Front Park, while passing through the towns of Bradenton Beach, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria. The parade theme is Patriotic, "The good old US of A" and Red, White and Blue. Beads will be tossed. Cannons will be fired. NO walking is allowed during the parade. You MUST ride the float.
There will be an After Parade Gathering held at the Cafe on the Beach immediately after the Parade.
